Shipping policy

Delivery Areas: We currently deliver to mainland UK. Some remote areas (Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland) may incur additional charges or extended delivery times — please contact us before ordering.

Delivery Times: Most orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery is 5–14 business days from dispatch depending on the item and your location. Larger furniture items may take up to 28 days.

Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
